The problem that wal mart usually has especially at nights when gets crowded because of the lack of employees. As results, the customer service has been struggling of this serious problem. Consequently, Wal mart needs to offer more jobs with better deals for people who are looking for work at night in the customer service

After coming to wal mart I noticed that, They usually open up only three lines out of the 24 lines, which could make a real problem for the customers who are looking for food such as fruits and vegetables.

Wal Mart has an absolute issue going on and it prevents some of the customer from paying a visit to Wal mart, they would rather go to small stories to get their need. At this point, I believe, if Wal mart opens up small branches of its own to provide a better customer service.

After coming to Wal mart to get couple of things, I got stuck in the line for almost 20 minutes just to get a small items. Therefore, if they had small stories I’d save my time for buying small items.

Their business model is all about low prices. And they are willing to obtain this way as long as they are winning the customers. They should care more about the customers and provide them what they need while shopping, for example, provide kid’s care to make the shopping faster for customers

After coming to Wal mart, I saw way too many kids who slow their parents down while shopping. Kids are one of the most reasons that causes the crowd and make the whole atmosphere worse for other customers
