Week 2: Final Research Paper: Proposal

Week 2: Final Research Paper: Proposal
Choose an area of Human Resource Management that interests you and which you would like to explore by conducting additional research. Many topics in the text are
covered briefly. Further research will provide a greater depth of information as what is happening in the healthcare industry in that area. The research paper would
address a current HR issue or some component of HR Management in the U.S. Current challenges and possibilities for the future should be addressed for the issue/topic
selected. And I selected: Succession planning

Review current topics related to human resources issues in health care and prepare a 1-2 page proposal describing the topic and your rationale for choosing it.
Describe how this topic does or will impact the health care industry. State your research question. Your proposal must be typed, double-spaced, and in APA format.

So I need the paper to cover everything that is stated above on the topic of succession planning.
