(1) I’d like the paper to compare/contract quality of secondary education in minority communities and graduation rates as factors that contribute to minorities ability to qualify for higher education.
(2)The Army relies on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to commission minority cadets to the rank of Second Lieutenant
(3) Discuss how millennials have little interest in serving and are less likely to meet minimal qualifications to weight and other health issues
