1. Make sure you submit information for all four rows: federal drug laws and three state drug laws.
2. Make sure you read that second column correctly: is marijuana illegal in that jurisdiction. Be sure to differentiate between recreational and medical use of marijuana for any state where there is an exception.
3. The last column asks for extreme DWI or DUI. This refers to elevated blood alcohol levels above what is initially illegal and not to increased punishments or aggravating factors. Since most states do have additional punishments for elevated BAC, an answer of “no” will probably be incorrect.
