1. What are the aims and research questions of this project.
2. Describe in a maximum of 300 words the background of this research project. This should indicate why this study is an area that should be explored and any benefits that might be identified. This should draw on the existing literature in this area. Please cite and list references(reference list is excluded from the word count).
3. Make a brief outline of the project and study method( outline the methodology, design, procedures, data collection methods and plans for data analysis. State how data will be stored, how confidentiality will be maintained if applicable and if/when data will be destroyed.
4. Design (a)a participant information sheet, (b) a participant consent form, (d) questionnaires or interview schedules, and (e) summary of debriefing if appropriate (if participants need to be debriefed after data has been collected from them about an experiment the aim of which was not totally clear to them before the data collection, then why this was needed and how this was done and carried out must be clearly laid out on a separate sheet. Please indicate the age group of the participants that you will work with(between 25-50 years).
5. Indicate the total number of participants , where applicable.
6.Inclusion and exclusion criteria(Indicate what criteria will be used to select or exclude participants).
7. Recruitment of participants(explain the recruitment methods to be used e.g in person, e-mails, posters) The recruitment method should be in person.
8. State what you would advise participants to do if they should experience any problems(e.g whom they can contact for help. This advice should appear in the participant information sheet. Please number the answers the way I numbered the questions in subsequent order.
