1. Word limit for the Poster is 1500 to 2000 words with 10% flexibility
2. Use a separate reference list on a Word Document for your references; this can be emailed as a separate attachment
3. Podcast Limit is 3 minutes with a little bit of flexibility here; 5 minutes maximum if you need (only i need notes what i say
