explore the implications these managerial issues provoke in relation to your own practice as a manager or as an employee.

attention to assembling both a coherent and critical argument.

Task 2: Reflective commentary [no more than 500 words]
Provide a reflective commentary on the implications of Tony Watson’s article for both:

your own practice as a manager or employee and
your learning as a student.
