Return to the child care facility from your prior field experiences and observe the facility during mealtime. Observe and note how and when children are fed, the sanitation practices, food served, accommodations for children with allergies, cultural differences, special needs, etc.
Write a 250-500 word reflection describing your experience at the child care facility. In addition, outline how you will address food allergies, special needs, and the cultural preferences of the students at your facility.
