Introduction & thesis:
Opening remarks or hook
Working at an apple plant was my worst job because the work was physically hard; the pay was very poor; and, most importantly, the working conditions were dismal.
Paragraph 1: Hard work
Topic sentence: First of all, the job made enormous demands on my strength and energy.

b) dragged 14 wooden skids to trailer
c) performed the stacking work of 2 men
Paragraph 2: Poor pay
Topic sentence: I would not have minded the difficulty of the work so much if the pay had not been so poor.
