Furthermore, you would like suggestions as to negotiating with the county for tax deferral. You would also like to know how to negotiate with the city for water and sewer services.
You want to compose a proposal to give to the potential financial backers, describing the area”s strengths. You hope that your proposal will convince the backers to finance the distribution center. Remember, you are asking for a special favor, so you must particularly courteous.
